Sitrus Consulting was established in 2008 by Lisa Robinson to support small businesses with their HR needs.
Lisa wanted to combine her love for great HR with her passion for the creativity and drive involved with building small and medium sized business. Since 2008, we have worked with some amazing and inspirational businesses and teams. As a result, our business has grown to what it is today!
As we’ve grown, we have engaged experienced Human Resource Consultants who not only share our passion for delivering great HR but who have a completely client focused mindset.
Above all, our team are CIPD qualified, highly skilled and experienced professionals. We offer many years of commercial experience in either HR, Training or general business management.
Director
Lisa has over 25 years’ experience working in Human Resources across a wide range of organisations and market sectors. These include IT, Pharmaceuticals, Food and Drink and Manufacturing. Lisa is a member of the CIPD, has a Degree in Law, a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management and is a Licensed Practitioner of NLP, Insights® Discovery, Myers Briggs (MBTI) and other psychometric tools.
